Consumer's Pub at the Park is a restaurant inside Sahlen Field for the Buffalo Bisons. They offer All-You-Can-Eat Buffet items that rotate throughout the season giving fans different selections to enjoy during the summer. They also feature a full lineup of great local craft beer selections on draft, including offerings from Resurgence, Big Ditch, Hamburg, Community Beer Works, Flying Bison, 12 Gates, Ellicottville, Southern Tier and Pressure Drop.
This restaurant has been a staple of the Buffalo Bisons for many years. This project was to help bring in more customers and give it a fresh new look.
